These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the counseling services, website and related platforms provided by Baixi Psychology Platform. By registering an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Baixi Psychology Platform provides professional psychological counseling services, including online and in-person sessions, psychological assessment, corporate EAP services, and related training. The specific services, content and pricing are subject to what is published on our platform.
You agree to provide true and accurate information when registering and using our services. You shall not use our services for any illegal purpose, nor publish or transmit any content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable laws.
Counselling sessions are kept confidential in accordance with professional ethics and our Privacy Policy. Please note that counseling services are not a substitute for emergency medical treatment. If you are in crisis or at immediate risk, please contact emergency services or a hospital immediately.
Service fees are published on our platform and must be paid in advance in accordance with the selected package or session. Payments made are subject to the applicable refund and rescheduling rules of the package you have chosen.
All content on this platform, including text, images, logos and software, is owned by Baixi Psychology or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without authorization.
We make every effort to provide professional and reliable services, but cannot guarantee the outcome of any counseling session. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you violate these Terms or applicable laws, without prejudice to our other rights and remedies.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be settled through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court where our company is located.
